Through expert panels, keynote addresses, and engaging conversations, participants will gain insights into the challenge of dual-use policy, defence research and development, cyber operations, international scientific cooperation, and technological arms races in critical sectors About the KCIS: For over two decades, the Kingston Consortium on International Security has been a leading venue for addressing issues of significance to defence and security. Led by the CIDP in partnership with a range of international partners, the KCIS engages academics and practitioners from around the world on work related to an annual theme. Through its annual conference and curated digital content, the Consortium informs debate and advances knowledge in the field of international security and defence, providing in-depth analysis, with perspectives from universities, government, the armed forces, NGOs, and the private sector.
